What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products, valid from the day you receive your order – please note the exceptions below, which you can read about in our refund policy. The item must not have been used, and the bag must not have been opened. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted, and we cannot sell it as new at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the depreciation from the amount you are to receive back.

You must cover your own expenses for the return, and we ask you to ensure that the item is properly packaged – preferably in the original packaging. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse. If you send the item, we ask you to save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

We always recommend testing with sample sheets beforehand to ensure that you order the desired color.
How do I use the product?

Open the box and fold the flaps upright. Then, open the bag gently without tools and fold it over the box flaps. You then have a paint box directly ready for rolling. See the video "How to use Paint'R" for a demonstration.
How do I store leftover paint?

If you need to store leftover paint, we recommend neatly folding the bag and ensuring as much air as possible is squeezed out. Then, attach the clip to the bag, similar to how you would use a kitchen clip for freezer bags.

When will I receive my product?

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. You can track your package by following the link in your email. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days from when the distributor receives your package.
What's the delivery fee?

Our delivery prices start from DKK 45, and we offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 1000. You can choose between pickup at a parcel shop or home delivery.
