When you order paint from us, you also have the option to order color swatches, so you can experience the color in your own home before you start the final painting job.

With a color swatch, you can test the color on the wall and see how it matches the room's light, furniture, and style. This makes it easy to find the color that perfectly suits your project.

You can easily order one or more color swatches with your order. It works like a sticker that you can easily put on the wall and peel off again once you have chosen which color you would like.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products, valid from the day you receive your order – however, please note certain exceptions below, which you can read in our refund policy. The item must not have been used, and the bag must not have been opened. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted, and we cannot sell it as new at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the depreciation from the amount you are to receive back.

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs, and we ask you to ensure that the item is properly packaged – preferably in its original packaging. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our warehouse. If you send the item, we ask you to keep the postage receipt and any track and trace number.

We always recommend testing with sample sheets beforehand to ensure that you order the desired color.

Open the box and fold the flaps upright. Then, open the bag easily without tools and fold it over the cardboard box flaps. Now you have a cardboard box with paint ready for rolling. See the "How to use Paint'R" video for a demonstration.

If you need to store leftover paint, we recommend neatly folding the bag and making sure to squeeze out as much air as possible. Then, attach the clip to the bag, just as you would with a freezer bag clip in the kitchen.

We aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible. You can track your parcel by following the link in your email. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days from when the distributor receives your parcel.

Our delivery prices start from 45 and free shipping on purchases over DKK 1000. It is possible to pick up from a parcel shop, as well as home delivery.
